Particularly good and magnificent spot right by the grounds, Airport and French Quarter and downtown and ballparks in Materie. Also, close to restaurants and shopping.

The reception lady, GG, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. She arranged our transportation and provided excellent service throughout. The location, across from the Saints training ground, was a plus for football fans. There's also a fantastic bar, 61, nearby with a lively atmosphere. If you're looking for a unique experience rather than luxury, this hotel is a great choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The room was reasonably large and brand-new and included a great-sized bathroom. The location was favourable and excellent for traveling around Metairie, very close to Metairie, Airport and French Quarter and downtown and ballparks.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not particularly friendly.

The facility as a whole is old and worn. Carpets were stickey. It needs some serious updating.

We got great value for our money at the hotel. The room was clean, comfy, and had all the necessary amenities like a coffee maker, fridge, microwave, and TV with plenty of channels. The staff, both in the evening and morning, were friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be more variety in the breakfast items.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Metairie and had a wonderful experience. The hotel room was very clean and spacious, with a big bathroom. The staff was extremely accommodating, even finding us a downstairs room when we requested it. They also went out of their way to help us find a local coffeehouse. The bed was comfortable and the hotel provided plenty of towels and supplies. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Louisiana.
